Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

1. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect size, fabric, or design compared to the product description

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

📌 For verification purposes, we may request clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. This is not mandatory in all cases and will be requested only if required.


2. Seller Error

If the wrong product or variant is delivered due to an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Readymade blouses

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Festival sale, promotional, or clearance products

📌 Products marked as “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.


Condition of Returned Items

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

  • Returns will be rejected if the product shows signs of use or damage after delivery


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to seller error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


Refund & Exchange Process

  1. Once your return is received, it will be inspected

  2. You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection

  3. If approved:

    • Exchanges will be processed based on product availability

    • Refunds will be initiated to the original method of payment


Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Bank or card providers may take additional time to reflect the amount
